bug fixes for 4th pre-alpha

There were issues with the respawn system, which were brought to me by a player.
So, keep showing me the bugs, and I'll keep fixing them.
I also updated the way weapons react when near walls or hard surfaces: they will now proportionally back up to avoid clipping into the walls.
